Delivery – Anka Nutrition LTD

Preparation and Shipping

Packages are prepared and packed by Anka Nutrition LTD in a closed, sturdy packaging suitable for the contents and transportation requirements.

The customer is responsible for the information provided regarding the recipient's name and address, which must be precise, accurate, and complete (door code, floor, phone number, etc.) to allow for delivery under normal conditions. Anka Nutrition LTD cannot be held responsible for a delivery return due to an address error or inability to deliver to the indicated address. In case of an error in the contact details or the absence of the recipient, Anka Nutrition LTD cannot be held responsible for the inability to deliver the order.

In case of delivery failure, Anka Nutrition LTD will contact the customer to arrange, at the customer's request, a new order, at the customer's expense, including shipping costs and the product price.

Timeframes

Orders are generally processed within an indicative period of one (1) business day after order confirmation. Once the order is processed, products are shipped and delivered within an estimated timeframe of 3 to 5 business days. Sundays and public holidays are not considered business days.

If delivery is not made within a maximum of thirty (30) days after order validation, the buyer may cancel their order in accordance with the conditions set out in the "Delivery Delay" section.

Delivery Delay

If delivery exceeds the maximum period of thirty (30) days after order validation, the buyer must promptly notify Anka Nutrition LTD by email. This notification will allow an investigation to be launched with the carrier.

If the order is found within 7 days of notification, it will be delivered within 14 days of that notification. If the order is not found or is declared lost, Anka Nutrition LTD will fully refund the amounts paid, including delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving the notification.

Receipt

Upon delivery, it is the buyer's responsibility to immediately check the conformity and condition of the received products. Any anomaly must be noted on the delivery receipt and confirmed by registered letter to the carrier within 10 days of receipt.

Damaged Products

If the package is damaged, the customer must make reservations on the delivery note and confirm by registered letter to the carrier within three (3) days of receipt. The customer must also take photos of the package and damaged goods and contact customer service by email at info.anka.nutrition@gmail.com, indicating the order number and contact details.

Exclusions of Liability

Anka Nutrition LTD does not cover packages stolen from mailboxes once delivery is notified as completed by the carrier with a valid tracking number.

For deliveries made by services such as Colissimo, Chronopost, or GLS, in the absence of the recipient, the carrier will leave a delivery notice. Anka Nutrition LTD cannot be held responsible for deterioration due to late pickup.
