These general terms and conditions of sale apply exclusively between Anka Nutrition LTD, located at:

The products governed by these conditions are those listed on the website, indicated as sold and shipped by Anka Nutrition LTD.
They are offered within the limits of available stock.
Product characteristics are provided for informational purposes only and may vary over time.
"Shampoo and treatment" products in technical formats are not supplied with pumps.
Hair straightening products are intended for professional use, and Anka Nutrition LTD cannot be held responsible in case of misuse.
Article 3: Prices and Availability
Prices displayed on the website are in euros, all taxes included (VAT and other applicable taxes).
Shipping and packaging costs are not included.
In case of a pricing error on the website, Anka Nutrition LTD will carry out the necessary checks and inform you if the price is lower or higher than that displayed.
Delivery times are indicative and may vary.
Article 4: Payment
Orders can be paid by credit card via Stripe or via PayPal.
In case of card payment, the amount is debited at the time of order confirmation.

Parcels are prepared and shipped from Anka Nutrition LTD's headquarters or from its partner logistics centers.
In case of an error in the provided address or absence during delivery, the customer is responsible for additional costs.

Products must be returned unopened and unused.
Return costs are the responsibility of the customer.
